We care about keeping every pup safe. For sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final — we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a toy has left our facility, even if unused. This ensures that every customer receives a brand new, clean product.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or defective, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at woof@iseebloo.com with your order number and photos. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
